Cancellations & Rescheduling:

First time clients are required to check in 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Recurring clients are required to check in 5 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Clients will receive a reminder text the day before their scheduled appointment, if they do not receive one and believe they have an appointment made, they should contact Taylor.

Appointments canceled/rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will automatically be charged 50% of scheduled service total (plus card fee) at the next appointment.

Appointments canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will automatically be charged 100% of scheduled service total (plus card fee) at the next appointment.

Late 5-10+ minutes after scheduled appointment time will require cancellation and will fall under the 24 hour cancellation policy above.

Snow days are bound to happen. If Marshfield School District cancels or if Taylor feels that it is not fit to drive on the roads, clients are exempt from the cancellation policy and able to give notice that they will not be coming to their scheduled appointment time.

Children who are not receiving a service are allowed in the salon. If there are behavioral issues, nail technician has the right to ask to kindly leave the building for safety precautions and the relaxation of others.

Minors under 16 receiving services must be accompanied by an authorized adult and signed off by them as well.

If damages were to occur, it is up to the parent to pay for damages of building and/or property in the building.

Pictures:

By allowing me to photograph/video, you agree to any photos/videos containing your hands and/or feet for possible edit and social media posts. If you do not feel comfortable with photos/videos, please bring it to my attention before any photos/videos are taken.

Gift Certificates & Sales:



All sales are final at the end of each service.

Gift certificate expiration dates are final. If service menu prices increase/decrease, that does not change the value of the gift certificate. If you are reaching out before gift certificate expiration date and there are no appointment time slots available, your gift certificate would be considered invalid.

Nails sometimes have problems, it's rare but also inevitable. Anything brought to my attention after 24 hours of your appointment is subject to repair charge.

All products used in the salon are certified safe to use in the U.S., if you do not feel comfortable with them, please talk to your technician to either stop your service(s) or make a game plan on how to reach pretty nail results but also feel safe with the products being used on your body.
